Abi L.

Hey y'all, my name is Abi!

Like most people down here, I am not straight out of the bayou — surprise! I'm actually from Wisconsin. Yep, cheese curds and cold winters are my roots. I went to high school in Illinois and made my way down here in the summer of 2020.

I started working at We The People in May of 2023, and honestly? Best. Decision. Ever. I absolutely love this place with my whole heart — the people, the energy, the values, the mission- all of it just clicks for me.

When it comes to wellness, the foundation of your body and gut health is my bread and butter. I'm all about performance-based living - if it makes you move, feel strong, and perform better, l'm all in.

And when I'm not helping people crush their health goals, you'll probably find me chasing an adrenaline rush somewhere. l've done everything from rugby to MMA, and recently, l've returned to one of my longtime loves - barrel racing. Because who doesn't love running full speed at barrels while riding a 1200lbs 4-legged athlete?

Hey, I’m Cooper Cancienne. I was born in New Orleans and raised in Houma, LA. I am 21 years old. I enjoy cooking, working out, painting, and watching movies. A fun fact about me is I have a twin brother.

Elizabeth is currently attending Nicholls State persuing a degree in Mass Communications

Dylan "Quadzilla" A.

Dylan is a 2x National Powerlifting Champion. He currently competes in the 93 kg division.

Brennon N.

Brennon is a 22-year-old criminal justice major at Nicholls State University, living in Houma, Louisiana. He is a nationally ranked powerlifter with a passion for fitness and self-improvement, and he can deadlift an impressive 660 pounds! Brennon plans to join the state police, driven by a desire to help others and make a positive impact. He also loves helping others achieve their best and is always pushing his own limits.
